Lander Volleyball Wrap-2019 [VIDEO]

The Lander volleyball team was paced by 2 all-state selections and those 2 led this team a long way. Abby Renner was one of those all-state picks and she will be headed to Spearfish, South Dakota to play for Black Hills State. The other Tiger all-stater was Demi Stauffenberg who was just a sophomore this season, so she will be somebody to build around heading into next season. Lander ended up being the 3rd seed from the west heading into the state tournament and lost their opening round match to Douglas 3-2. The Tigers stayed live in the consolation round with a 3-0 win over Buffalo before falling to Pinedale 3-2. This team was 22-12 this season and has made back to back appearances in the state tournament after a 5-year absence. Next year's team will have just 2 seniors but 5 juniors.
