Lyman Takes Care of Mt. View in Bridger Valley Bowl
It's one of the best rivalries in Wyoming high school football as Lyman made the short trip to Mountain View for the Bridger Valley Bowl on Friday. Mountain View struck first with a field goal and Lyman answered with a Carter Bradshaw touchdown so the Eagles led 6-3. By the time, halftime rolled along, Lyman had a 14-3 advantage.
In the 2nd half, Mountain View got back into the game with a TD and that drive was extended thanks to a fake punt. But that is as close as the Buffs would get as Bradshaw would score for the 2nd time for Lyman and McKoy Smith also found the end zone. Lyman's defense was stout in the game so in this 28-10 win so the Eagles are 3-2 and will host Kemmerer on Thursday. Mountain View falls to 3-1 and will host Cokeville on Friday.
