The girls swimming season is rolling along and Buffalo was the site of a 6 team meet on Saturday. Individually, Joyce Tara of Cody won 2 events, the 200 freestyle in 2.02.41 and the 100 free in 55.34. The 50 free winner on Saturday was Emma Mitchell from Powell as she tapped the wall in 26.38.

In the 200 IM, Kelly Joyce from Cody placed first in 2.32.35 while Payton Yost from Douglas had a time of 1.06.25 to win the 100 butterfly. Powell's Grace Sapp took the podium in the 100 backstroke in 1.07.72 with McKenna Lambert of Buffalo placing first in the 100 breaststroke in 1.14.58. Kendal Engelker from Douglas took the 500 free in 5.55.73

In the relays, Powell won the 200 medley, Douglas won the 200 freestyle and Cody placed first in the 400 free.  The 1-meter diving champion was Kami Jensen of Powell with a score of 218.9. Powell placed first in the team standings with 455 points, Cody was 2nd with 268, Douglas 3rd with 252, Buffalo 4th with 198, Natrona 5th with 105, and Newcastle 6th with 58.
