Wyoming High School Football Scoreboard: Zero Week 2016

The 2016 season is ready to kickoff!

Zero week only counts in Class 4A.

Friday, August 26:

Class 4A:

#1 Gillette 43 Kelly Walsh 0 - Austin Clementson (Gill) returns 2nd half kickoff 96 yards. Camels were up 7-0 at half.

#2 Sheridan 42 Laramie 13 - Laramie with 5 turnovers.

Cheyenne Central 5 #3 Natrona 0

#5 Rock Springs 21 #4 Cheyenne East 20 - RS scored with just under 3 minutes to go, to make it 21-14. East would drive, but RS defense got an INT in the end zone with about 1:45 to go. RS shanked a punt with about 38 seconds left, giving East possession at around the RS 30. East scored on a 34 yd Hail Mary on the last play of the game, but RS would stop them on the 2 point try.

Cheyenne South 42 Evanston 10 - First time South has ever started a season 1-0. Keyshawn Farmer (South) rushed for 242 yards and 3 TD's. South had a total of 529 yards rushing.

Those teams playing games in the other classes are either exhibitions or scrimmages, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll get results. We’ll post what we can get. Results do not count in the standings and stats from the games don't count either.
