Wyoming High School Golf Week 4: Aug. 31 – Sept. 5, 2020
This might be hard to believe but there are only three weeks left in the prep golf season across Wyoming.
By the time you reach the end of the week, the state championships will be only two weeks away on the calendar.
Monday, Aug. 31:
Casper Invite at Paradise Valley C.C. – Campbell County, Douglas, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Natrona County, Sheridan, Thunder Basin
Sheridan's Samantha Spielman and Thunder Basin's Maria Farnum tied for first with a 1-stroke victory at 76. Laramie's Jackson McClaren fired a 72 and won by three shots.
The Natrona County Fillies and Laramie Plainsmen captured the team crowns.

Thursday, Sept. 3:
Buffalo Invite 1 at Buffalo G.C. – Buffalo, Cody, Lovell, Powell, Sheridan, Thermopolis, Wheatland, Worland
Erika Cook of Lovell and Hardy Johnson from Thermopolis posted individual victories, while the Wheatland girls and Worland boys won the team crowns.
Green River Invite at Rolling Green C.C. – Evanston, Green River, Kemmerer, Lyman Rock Springs
Green River's Isabell Salas and Ryker Mele were the medalists. Rock Springs swept the team titles.
Pinedale Invite at Rendezvous Meadow G.C. – Jackson, Pinedale, Star Valley
Jackson sweeps the medalist honors and team titles. Jacqueline Neishabouri and Adam Russell were the individual winners.
Riverton Invite 1 at Riverton C.C. – Evanston, Kelly Walsh, Lander, Rawlins, Riverton
Riverton's Sierra Brubaker and Parker Paxton win individual titles, while the Kelly Walsh girls and Riverton boys capture the team crowns.
Friday, Sept. 4:
Buffalo Invite 2 at Buffalo G.C. – Buffalo, Campbell County, Douglas, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Torrington
Thunder Basin's Maria Farnum and Sheridan's Brayden James win individually. The Thunder Basin girls and Sheridan boys captured the team crowns.
Cheyenne Triangular at Cheyenne C.C. – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South
South's Paige Guille and East's Eli Cole were the medalists. The East boys and South girls won the team titles.
Green River Invite at Rolling Green C.C. – Green River, Kemmerer, Laramie, Lyman, Rock Springs
Green River's Isabell Salas and Laramie's Jackson McClaren took the top spot individually. McClaren won in a playoff. The Green River girls and Laramie boys won team crowns.
Riverton Invite 2 at Riverton C.C. – Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Rawlins, Riverton
Natrona's Sophie Spiva and Riverton's Parker Paxton take the top spot, individually. The Kelly Walsh girls and Riverton boys won the team titles.
Wright Fall Invitational #2 at Hay Creek G.C. – Moorcroft, Sundance, Upton, Wright, Campbell County JV, Thunder Basin JV
Brooklyn Materi from Upton and Carter Parker from Thunder Basin earned medalist honors with individual wins.
