Wilkenson, Spiva, Barr and Parsons Sign Letters of Intent [VIDEO]

Four Natrona County High School athletes signed college letters of intent on Tuesday. Cody Wilkenson is going to Holy Cross, Kaleb Spiva and Jarrett Barr will be headed to Central Wyoming College with Addie Parsons going westbound to Southwestern Oregon.
