The 2026 high school softball season in Wyoming opens this weekend. Cheyenne hosts the 307 Softball Invitational at the Cheyenne Junior League Complex. All 16 teams will be in the Capital City for four games. The tournament is set up for the Northeast Quadrant teams to play the Southwest Quadrant, and the Northwest Quadrant to face the Southeast Quadrant. Each school will play two games on both days.

The weather will not be an issue. Temperatures will be more like summer than early spring with record warmth in Cheyenne. All varsity games have a 75-minute time limit. Here is the full schedule for Week 1.
