The Wheatland Lobos are currently 3 games under .500 at 12-15 but they have a tremendous amount of potential. They have some quality starting pitching which was showcased in the Douglas tournament over the weekend. Mitch Pollock threw a 1 hitter against Cheyenne and the Lobo's overall have some live arms.

Consistency has been an issue but the tools are there for a run at the state championship. We talked with manager Mick Cochrane and player Kobey Preuit about the team's fortunes to date. Enjoy!
