Gillette won coin flip vs. Sheridan for #1 seed.

It's irrelevant to break the tie between Central and South, because they're going to play each other in the first round of the regional tournament, regardless.

To break the tie between Powell and Lovell, check record vs. the highest team in the southwest quadrant. Coaches had to break the Mountain View-Star Valley tie first. Powell gets the #1 seed over Lovell, because the Lady Panthers have a win vs. MV, whereas the Lady Bulldogs don't.

Star Valley 5-1, 15-4

Pinedale 2-4, 6-14

To break the tie between Star Valley, and Mountain View, coaches checked record vs. highest team in the Northwest quadrant, or the next highest. Regardless of how the Powell-Lovell tie was broken, both SV and MV lost to Powell, but MV beat Lovell, whereas SV didn't. Thus MV gets the #1 seed over SV. This tie was broken, before the Powell-Lovell tie was.
